Technical Services
From helping a Client to define a master manual of Specifications to be used on all your owned properties. To a Site Survey, detailing areas that need attention or corrective action. To bidding the work, to overseeing construction, to testing of materials used, to striping and returning to service impacted areas. NPP has the expertise to assist Owns with all their property needs.
Testing of Materials
Testing of Materials placed onsite, so there is confirmation of materials are as required, and installed correctly, along with achieving correct density for asphalt placement. Testing of concrete to confirm it meets strength and other requirements to last a long time.
Due Diligence
Pre-purchase due diligence, site can be examined and a report generated. The report can give details of the condition of sight, depth of asphalt, thickness of gravel base, and site soil types and conditions. Report can also report on concrete conditions, thickness and soils under concrete. The Report can include an estimated repair cost if desired.
Project Management
NPP can provide Project Management, for the repairs, confirming required depth and thickness has been met. Project Management, can include soliciting bids from area contractors, scheduling, work with the onsite Team, minimizing construction interrupting customers and tenants.
Bidding Services
NPP can generate a Site Repair plan, with given quantities, and distribute it to area contractors, and bids can be evaluated by the Ownership team, and chosen by same team, with NPP providing recommendations.
Budget Equalization
As with any organization, budget projections is essential to anticipating future services and needs. NPP can suggest repairs and maintenance, that can take out worst expenditures and even them out, and still keeping the site at a high level of service. There is no need to multi-million dollar improvement, if repairs can be conducted, and 5 years of service is gained. Essentially, you end up keeping your millions, less repairs for years. ADA Compliance
NPP can confirm your Handicap parking is compliant to Federal regulations, and if not suggest repair plans. With Handicap compliance, slips and falls, become easier to win in court, thus minimizing your risk to large settlements, against the ownership group.
Site Signage
NPP can provide install, all kinds of traffic, parking signage. whether engineered specialty signage, to simple Handicap signs. Custom traffic signs are no issue for NPP.
Steel Bollards
NPP installs hundreds of concrete filled steel bollards each year. These can be installed to protect buildings, corners or other valuable utilities and site amenities. Bollards can also be used for signage to protect from being tipped by parking cars.
Car Stops
NPP can provide and install all styles of car stops, (Bumper Blocks), to prevent cars from damaging signage, buildings, and other items. Concrete, virgin rubber, recycled rubber, all types of bumper blocks to consider.
Concrete Joint Sealant
NPP can provide joint sealant on new concrete or existing. This protects the concrete from water infiltration, and helps prevent subsoils becoming unsuitable. It also helps prevent control joints from breaking along the edges and allowing water and salt infiltrate the concrete and causing spalting.
Parking Lot Striping
NPP has a great history, of striping lots to improve traffic flow, more customer parking, ADA compliant parking, specialized stenciling for better flow of all users. NPP can provide a new Layout plan prior to striping and determine if gains can be made.
Sealcoating Asphalt
NPP sealcoats millions of square feet of asphalt to various clients. This process starts with a cleaning of the lot, Hot rubber crackfill, sealer, and striping with curing of the sealer to maximize durability of the sealer. Sealcoating helps prevent the oxidation of the asphalt from the sun and turning of tires wearing the asphalt away. Not only does Sealer provide those services, it also enhances the beauty of the asphalt lot, and overall appearance of your Business.
Hot Rubber Crack Fill
This material is heated to a liquid and placed into the cracks on asphalt wear it flows in and cools and firms up…but remans flexible due to its rubbery consistency. This helps prevent water infiltration into the subsoils and weaken the asphalt.
Cart -Corrals
For retail outlets, cart corrals can be provided … installed, repaired if needed, or relocated.
